O wartości przypadka podmiotów liczebnikowych

This is old stuff (see my PhD dissertation), but the issue of the case value of numeral subjects is still controversial, so I tried to collect arguments for the accusative hypothesis and refute arguments for the other hypotheses in a concise and relatively pre-theoretical way.
